This qualification will explain to the learner the importance of food safety as well as safe working methods, legal requirements, hand washing, cleaning, pest control, roles of a food handler and the 4 c’s. This qualification supports the employee in their due diligence requirements in the process of working towards a due diligence.
This professional training course is 3 to 6 hours lead by one of our professional qualified trainers. The certificate has no expiry date if competency is maintained. This qualification meets the recommendations and is fully up to date with HSE requirements.
