Our Function

We were established to offer our centres and customers exceptionally high standards of regulated qualifications.

From our experiences of some of the other awarding bodies,  in our opinion is some were concerned about income opposed to our centre develoement. We are different to that business model customers, learners, quality and professional integrity is always a prime priorities. 

 

Our Qualifications

Our qualifications are designed by industry experts, with the learner and their journey in mind always. Our main criteria’s is that everyone can take the qualification and we can offer reasonable adjustments to those that may need it. We prefer informal assessment methods opposed to formal written examinations when the qualification rules will allow us to do so, to prevent prejudice against individuals.

 

Our Commitment

We are proud to be different to most awarding bodies, we will not charge centres initial or annual accreditation fees providing they are fully active and complaint and can demonstrate compliance at initial accreditation. As a centre we want you to just be pay for your competitive certification fees, however those that want to be non-complaint will need to be given more support and that will occur a fee as you would expect.

 

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to reward the centres that are complaint and active with zero accreditation fees and those that need our support and time should pay for it opposed to other bodies that charge you regardless.

Our industry experts are trained to be supportive to centres and learners and to develop them in to excellent centres. We have developed more simpler systems for administration of qualifications and certification.

Customer’s Updates

We involve our customers in making decissions for PTDQ, afterall we do it for you.  On an annual basis we survey our centres and ask for feedback on how relevant our qualification is, so if you feel they need change or adapting please do not hesitate to contact us.  As well as regular emails, webiniars, CPD opertunities we are always avalible on teh telephone or email to support you.

Centre Benefits

Our centres benefit from comprehensive support from qualification regulating experts. We offer a five-star mentoring service to help your business succeed at every stage. As well great conferences, continuous professional development (CPD) and fabulous resources.  Our centres are treated with the upmost respect and encouraged to be the best with our incredibly supportive External Quality Assures and team based at our head office.

Open 7 Days

We have support available longer than most awarding bodies, as we understand not all businesses are open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

We will have someone available to help, support and listen on average 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week including most bank holidays.

Professional Integrity

We care about centres, their customers, learners and we make sure the professional integrity of the process, qualifications and experience are never compromised.

Its not about the money and ego as some other bodies have over their centres. 

No Accreditation Fees

Centres that are active and fully compliant with our systems, policies and procedures will benefit from no accreditation fees each year.  However, if any centres are not complaint will need a visit at their own expense.  In additions centres are required to make a minimum spend that is set around 80% cheaper than others.
